Steve Horne was a corporate executive for over 35 years. He managed hundreds of people and oversaw projects exceeding $ 150 million. He knows how to get things done and that clients are deserving of the best when it comes to service and reliability.
Steve runs Horne & Associates LLC. He is the sole owner and manages partnerships to deliver consolidated solutions.
Steve has been on the Island of Nantucket for over 25 years. His home has been in his wife's family since the early ‘60s, and he has become a true ACK person. Although he is not here full-time, his team is, and they are well-trained and have specific expertise in every aspect of home maintenance and management. They are bonded, dependable, and are on the island 24/7. He is here for more than half the year and will likely spend more time as the business grows.

Victor has been a caretaker and painter on the island since 1997. His credentials are impeccable. Many of the island's notable homeowners utilize his services. We are proud to have Victor as a key member of our team

Head Carpenter
Mario has been a carpenter on the island for over 8 years. His expertise in delivering precise carpentry work is outstanding. He handles all levels of work from simple repairs to general construction.
We have dozens of on-island contractors for all types of Property Management Services, including:
Roofing and Siding, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Washing, Window Cleaning, and Replacement, Solar and EV Charging Installation, Electrical Services, Weatherization, Home Cleaning Services, and General Contracting.
We participate in the MassSaves program to obtain rebates for qualifying programs, and we will process all the necessary paperwork on your behalf. All of our contractors are licensed and bonded.
